If you have received a bonus or promotional credit, that bonus must be played through to its stated wagering requirement before the corresponding funds become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to an active wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your account. The main deposit amount remains withdrawable at any time unless specifically noted in a promotion's terms.

Most bonuses at ShahSpin carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount that must be turned over in eligible real-money bets before any resulting balance is withdrawable. Bets placed in different game categories may contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
ShahSpin operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing bets designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements with minimal financial risk (for example, betting on all outcomes of a single event), using a bonus in a manner clearly inconsistent with genuine play, or colluding with other players to extract bonus value. Bonuses at ShahSpin expire if the relevant wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe stated on the promotion page. Upon expiry, the bonus and any winnings generated from it are removed from the account. Deposit amounts are not affected by bonus expiry unless the player specifically opted for a bonus that converted a portion of the deposit into bonus credit.
Weekly cashback credited through the ShahSpin VIP Club is subject to the VIP programme terms detailed in Section 9 below. At Diamond tier, cashback carries no wagering requirement. Sports betting at ShahSpin is subject to the general terms above as well as the following specific conditions applicable to sports markets.
Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are denominated in PKR. Odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet — subsequent changes to odds do not affect already-confirmed bets.
ShahSpin reserves the right to void any sports bet where the event is cancelled, where the outcome is clearly affected by circumstances outside normal competition (for example, a walkover due to disqualification or abandonment), or where ShahSpin has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of the event has been compromised. Voided bets have the stake returned to the player's account.
Cricket — including PSL, international Test, One-Day and T20 matches — represents the most popular sports betting market at ShahSpin. Match result markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a tied match or no result, specific settlement rules apply as stated within the individual market description shown before you place your bet.
In-play betting is available on selected markets at ShahSpin. Once an in-play bet is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. ShahSpin may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event due to game-changing moments, technical issues or integrity concerns. Bets confirmed before a suspension remain valid.
